Accelerated Growth SMA Investment Strategy

PORTFOLIO DESCRIPTION, SUITABILITY AND OBJECTIVES

The Accelerated Growth SMA portfolio is designed for investors with a relatively high tolerance of risk and a long-term time horizon. Investor has little need for current income and seeks above-average growth from their investable assets. The primary objective of this model is capital appreciation, and investor should be able to tolerate equity market type fluctuations in the portfolio's value.

ACCELERATED GROWTH SMA PORTFOLIO METHODOLOGY

The Accelerated Growth Portfolio is a diversified portfolio of primarily individual stocks and ETFs seeking above average long-term capital appreciation. To pursue this goal, this portfolio utilizes a strategic mix of individual stocks, exchange traded funds (ETFs) and mutual funds.

Capital Appreciation Through Implementation of an Agressive Investment Strategy

Accelerated Growth is our most aggressive investment strategy emphasizing capital appreciation over the long-term. Under this option the Portfolio Manager allocates and manages account assets on a fully discretionary basis. The portfolio is typically fully invested in approximately 20 positions from a broad universe of primarily individual stocks and exchange-traded-funds (ETFs). The Accelerated Growth strategy does reserve the right to move into cash during times of extreme market turbulence. The primary focus is to continually seek out growth opportunities in an effort to outperform the S&P 500 on a risk-adjusted basis.

Since last October this strategy has favored a diversified mix of broad index ETFs as individual company risk has been at an all-time high during the last year. More recently we have begun seeking out and investing in individual companies and sectors which we perceive to be significant growth opportunities in the foreseeable future.
